Costco: Assassin's Creed 4 $33.99 (PS3)

Costco has Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag on sale for $33.99. The store I went to didn't carry the 360 version, so no idea if that one is also on sale.

Also, Battlefield 4 for the 360 is $44.99

They only had the PS3 version at my Costco but on Slickdeals, there is a photo that shows both versions on sale.
Now that I have my PS4 on order, I'm debating trading in my Xbox One version for $40 at Gamespot and getting this and upgrading for $10.
Either that or buying the digital version for $39 at Amazon.
Tough choice, approx $4 more dollars but it would be full digital on both systems.
 
You could buy the ps3 version and use the $10 voucher that comes with the ps4 to upgrade digitally with no additional out of pocket cost.

update: oh it came out to $33 in store anyway due to my GCU. would be nice to know if they usually match costco anyway if anyone knows.
