Strolling through my local Costco today (Simi Valley, California) and picked both of these up for the aforementioned prices. Cheapest I've seen them. Both of the website links for these movies are no longer working, so I don't know if this is a chain-wide price, or locally priced...but it's worth a shot to check it out if you're into these two movies.
