So this past weekend, one of my 22 inch LCD monitors crapped out on me ( I have a dual monitor setup )..... it started flashing and then it wouldn't display a picture. I remembered that I bought it at Costco about 15 months ago for about $270 ( this was after a $30 rebate). So I packed up everything and went to Costco today to return it. Surprisingly, they were very quick about it and actually ended up refunding me $300 for the monitor, plus the tax, and the shipping cost ( since I bought it online). The manager there said that LCD's have a lifetime return if i wanted to get another LCD in the store.
I was pleasantly surprised. I ended up getting about $350 cash. So after using the monitor for 15 months, I actually ended up earning money from the amount of the rebate.
Got to love Costco!!!!
From now on, I'm buying everything from Costco ( except TVs since it's only 90 day return policy )
