It is for my mom's birthday I want to get her an Ipod. I haven't decided weather I to get her a Touch or just a classic video.

I prefer CC as I can put it on my CC Credit Card and get the points from the purchase.

I know that most offers exclude Ipod and other mp3 players but I figured it was worth a shot.

Thanks.

Thanks for the tip, I might just look at them in stores with my dad, so he can figure out which one she will find easiest to use, and then order from amazon. Even if I can find a coupon that will save me say $20 MAX(unlikely) I will save that in TAX if I buy from Amazon. Plus I have Prime so I can get it in 2 days or $4 for overnight.

Thanks.

I successfully used the Circuit City $40 off $200 coupon SmokeyPreacher mentioned on an iPod today, even though the coupon says it is not valid on Apple products. Definitely worth a shot.

If you go that route, circuitcity.com is offering a free $25 gift card with purchase of an iPod Classic 80gb, and Circuit City will match it's own website's offers. So, print out this page:
http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Appl...sem/rpsm/oid/192319/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do

and then, once you've purchased the iPod using the $40 off $200 coupon, take it over to the customer service desk and they should give you a $25 gift card (in my case they just charged the $25 back to my credit card, so I got $65 total off of my new iPod).

You sound like a very nice son!
