The court pretty much made the right call. I don't know if the use of a real part of a child on another body, real or fake, would withstand Constitutional scrutiny.

if you check the meganslaw.ca.gov website in California, it's surprising and disturbing how many of your neighbor are 'registered' sex offenders. just imagine the number of non-registered, or dismissed cases based upon technicalities.
