Man, I hate her.. I love to see her out of shape.

To me, she's always been the epitome of what it means to be a "poseur" (a phrase which meant a helluva lot more to me when I was 16).

As much as I want her to die (not out of satisfaction, but for the promotion of darwinism), I'd rather she end up on Hollywood Squares, or some "I can't stay out of the spotlight and I need to pay for rent and King Dongs" kind of television programs. She appears to be well on her way.

But at one point she was bangable. Through a vaseline coated lens, while she was taking her meds, and her head was paperbagged. But still..
 
what the heck... that cant be her, i just saw her last year and she looked anorexic.. i didnt purposfully see her btw, it was a festival and fuel was on next so i had to catch the last 15 mins or so of her set (she sucked).

she was never hot IMO...she's always been ugly, now she's fat and ugly

Maybe she's planning an Anna Nicole Smith style publicity move? You know, get really fat and nasty, and then lose a bunch of weight and look even scarier.

Sorry, but that isn't Courtney Love. Not that she couldn't get fat, mind you, but the person in the picture looks nothing like her. Most telling are the lips. If you've seen any recent pictures of Courtney, she's got these freakishly huge Botox-swollen lips (remember when plastic surgery was supposed to make you look better?) The woman in the photo has pretty normal sized lips. Definitley not her.
Beyond that, the rest of her facial structure looks different to me, though granted, that could be distorted by weight gain. However, like I said, someone's lips don't suddenly shrink to half their size, especially not if they're gaining weight.
Besides, everyone knows Courtney drowns her sorrows in drugs, not ice cream.

I think you misundestand the applications of Botox. Were you perhaps thinking of collagen? One thing both have in common is that their effects are temporary. Botox wears off and collagen is absorbed into the body.
 
She has got enough money that she can look anyway she wants to (liposuction, hire personal trainer, do Weight Watchers, whatever). It must be nice to have that kind of freedom and not have to worry about where your next meal is coming from. Then again, she may be blowing all she's got on drugs. If that's the case, she may have new problems to worry about in the near future.
 
She's always been a dirty girl, now she's a fat dirty girl. But IMO her music is pretty good and she was good in Larry Flynt.
