The prices on their site are completely whack right now. I just looked at the game console section where some of the stuff the seller is trying to get over 800 bucks for a USED banged up up system?!?! F*** that!

I can confirm the Black 3DS for 38.99. Came out to 48 total since they charge tax and apparently shipping ($5.99) on the cheapies. I have seen another one pop up for $38.99 after I ordered mine so the opportunity is there, just have to wait for luck of the draw. If I got in on a 41.99 Vita it would make this day even awesomer.
