Craigslist buying question

Hey fellow CAG's.. I have a question and need input from some of you..
I saw on Craigslist a post and for $90 shipped I would get the following items:

1) A mint condition game boy Micro w/ Charger
2) 2 Mario games for the Micro (Super mario 1 and 2)
3) 5 NES games:
Legacy of the wizard
Dragon power
Shadowgate
Dragon warrior
Iron sword wizards and warriors 2

I may be wrong because I have not done it but isn't trusting this guy to ship something a bad idea? I don't know enough about what you are buying to comment on the price but was curious what recourse you had if he got the money and refused to send the items.
 
If gas wasn't $4 a gallon I'd give the guy a call and try to haggle him down to $30 and grab that myself. ;) I'm only about an hour or so from him.

Where are you located OP that you're looking at PA ads but willing to consider getting someone from CL to ship you something, even though they have THIS big page saying to ONLY DEAL LOCALLY?
 
I asked the guy where he was and he was almost 2 hours away.. I asked to meet halfway since I have family about an hour away and he said no.. Cheapest, email him if you want, he's got a lot of stuff...
 
So you're in like Philly or so then give or take? I used to look at CL listings outta my area when I was going out of town for work frequently. I never did pick up anything though, since I was always too leery of buying stuff I couldn't fully test. I figured knowing my luck if I were buying a system or games they wouldn't work and I'd overpay because I usually suck at haggling.

Thanks for offering to lemme pick up that GBA Micro, but I'm really holding out on finding one of those Hannah Montana PSP's from Target for $32.;)
