Craigslist: sould i trust this?

I found the following offer on craigslist. I contacted the seller and he said that he removed the shrink wrap, but they're unused. He also told me I could test them if I brought my ds:

could be stolen, but if he letting you test it and you don't have a huge moral issue about it possible being stolen then go for it.
