Check this out! Rockin Android, who brought Gundemonium Collection to psn in the U.S., is apparently dropping Crescent Pale Mist on November 9, 2010.

$5.99 and is a psn exclusive w/ 11 trophies.

I was unfamiliar w/ this game until a few minutes ago. It looks like a crazy cross btw Muramasa and a Japanese Shmup.

It was developed by Classic Shikoukairo and released in 2006 but is getting a graphical effects update:

GundeadliGne was fucking so damn hard. And the other 2 in the collection were even harder. I played the hell out of them and got nowhere. I think i got most of the trophies in gundead, 2 or 3 in Recollection, and a fat zero in Hitogata Happa.

I wonder if this will have trophies and all that good stuff.

For $6 I'm going to give it a try.

Going to be the stick-in-the-mud here and note that this isn't a deal; $5.99 is the full price of the game. Maybe post a thread in the PS3 forum?
 
lol, wow, so much action you can't even see what's going on. Got anime looking chicks in it and lots of action so I'm probably going to pick it up and trophies are becoming something I really want to earn. Thanks OP.

At first, I thought this was that PSN game, Dark Mist, that never got released here. But regardless, this looks pretty good. Reminds me of a less colorful Vanillaware game and maybe a little bit of Strider?
 
Hey has anyone got this yet? I like the design of the game, but kinda disappointed with graphics (I have HIGH expectations for games costing $6!). Hows the gameplay; it kinda looked slow from what I saw. Generally hows the game (couldn't find a review of it yet).
Yes I am being very frugal (its mostly due to limited hdd size).

I was sold just by watching the movie posted above, and it's only 135MB so HDD shouldn't be a concern.

I hope to play it tonight or tomorrow, but I thought it was worth a purchase.
