"Cruis'n" Worst Screenshots EVER!

At first I went "Wow this is a pretty good looking DS game", then I looked around and noticed it was a Wii game.

Graphics aren't everything, and the Wii shows thta, but Midway needs to realize that the Cruis'n game should at least look better than Cruis'n USA!

I don't know when the game is supposed to be released, but even if it's next year don't release bad screenshots!
 
Wow, I'm pretty sure N64 graphics were about 3 times better than that. I actually do think I want to gouge my eyes out.
 
I used to be a fan of the Crusi'n Series, I owned all the N64 games and loved them. Now I am no graphics whore, but I do have some expectations and looking at the shitty job here I will not be picking this one up unless they at least make it gamecube quality and have some fucking amazing gameplay but sadly that doesn't look possible here, lol

It's pretty terrible looking, and I agree that one shot of the car in the air DOES look like something for the DS. Weird. I don't get developers not even trying with the Wii. I mean, games should at least look as good as XBOX titles, right? Or GC titles? At least? At this point, with all the years developing for the GC, any studio should be able to make games that look as good as the best early GC titles. Everything should look as good as at least Rogue Squadron, right? They're not even trying if they don't.

Goddamn no wireless internet, and no fucking comfortable chairs anywhere. It's like studying in goddamned prison.

In fact, I'm pretty sure I just saw Mike Vick getting measured for his jumpsuit.
 
There has to be a point where a developer just stops and tells his/herself that, "Wow, this is horrible."

I'm guessing this isn't bad enough for that point but it must be close...

The DS should be able to top that I'd think, given that there were better looking N64 games and the DS is supposedly slightly more powerful than the N64.
 
Is there any video of this game in action? Screenshots can make any game look horrible, so video's the only way to really see how the game actually looks in motion.
