I've seen it used at my Ebgames for 8.99 and used at Gamestop for 19.99. Maybe you can get lucky and find one like that.

Buy it Now on Ebay for $34.99. I don't consider Buy It Now an auction...

Gamestop in St. Charles IL has it for 19.99 used. Think I've seen it at the other IL locations as well. Maybe try using their In Store availability option to find one near you? (Unless a used copy isn't an option.)
