I posted this in the requests forums but I didn't get the answers I was searching for. Maybe you guys can help.

What if any trade-ins are going on right now?

Can I bring in games new and sealed for trade in?

If they aren't on the website exclusion list and are non-sports I should be ok right?

If I am trading in 4 or 5 for 1 can I mix PS2 and XBOX titles?

Can I trade in multiple copies of the same game?

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

There's a +$5 credit per game on non POX item coupon in the new EGM, if you use towards a licensed MLB game

As long as you are wanting the trade-in credit, yes.

This can vary by store and region, so YMMV

If the "fine print" of the deal says you can, than yes. Check the ad/coupon/circular first.

Can I trade in multiple copies of the same game?
Official standpoint is no.
 
I just did the online one for Halo 2. Not sure what I'll use the $50 for but my total cost for the 5 games was only $23.50 or so. So after shipping I should only be paying around 25-27 for a $50 game. :)
 
I wouldnt give a stack of 5 games *unless its like 5 Fantavisions or something for a new game. Unless its like La Pucelle but Halo and Zelda can fuckin wait.
 
Hey Jkam I hope you read the EXLCLUDED titles list.

They do not take back just any game anymore...you probably just cost yourself a little bit of money....if you did not select to have them send the games back, you will either a) lose them, or b) they might give you a slight credit for them....or else you will be paying $2.00 a game to get them back...plus the shipping costs you had to send the games to them.

If you did check the excluded list...what games did you trade in? I'm sure many of us would like to know what titles to look for...

On the Ninja Gaiden thing, couldn't you use the codes they sent on anything? Anyone know if that's still the case with the Halo 2 offer, or did they fix that? When reading the Halo 2 info online, it says something to the effect of getting codes that "can be used towards the purchase of Halo 2" - makes me think you can use it on anything.

I looked that trade-in exclusion list up and down up and down. I kept going hmmmm THIS ISN't EXCLUDED?

This is what I sent it in: (yes i had them ship it back to me if they didn't want it)

Superman Shadow Of Apokolis (PS2) $5 @ Best Buy
Primal (PS2) $5 @ Best Buy
Batman Rise Of Sin Tzu (XBOX) $5 @ Best Buy
Max Payne (XBOX) $5 @ Target
Nascar Thunder (GC) $2 @ Best Buy

I wasn't sure about nascar but it doesn't say anything about racing
games and it wasn't on the excluded list.
This is what it says:

PS2, Xbox and GameCube games except for football, baseball, basketball, hockey, wrestling and soccer titles

WOOHOO!

Your BB still has that? All my BBs have been out of Superman for months. There was 1 copy left when it was $10, and I almost bought it, then a few days later it was $5, and someone had already gotten to it.
 
There gone now but I think it was mainly because the price on the tag never changed. It said 39.99 or something. Luckily I knew better :)
