Newegg has it for 19.99 and free shipping.

I just got it from there because to get free shipping from amazon had to buy 25 bucks worth of stuff and at bestbuy its a little cheaper but have to pay tax which makes it the same or pay a buck for shipping on their site, not to mention I dont personally like bestbuy anyway and dont shop there or gamestop.
