Custom t-shirt printing?

I saw there was a thread for somebody trying to create an Incredibles shirt, but I wanted to go through one of the websites to get my shirt made...it's a birthday gift for a friend, so I wanted it to be decent. The three places that I know of are Zazzle (where I have a store), Custom Ink and CafePress...but I'm wondering which of these is a) the highest quality b) the cheapest and c) the fastest to ship...or if you can suggest another place, I'd appreciate it. I kind of need help with this ASAP, so any help you can provide...well...you shall have my eternal gratitude.

i dont know how to "print shirts" in a traditional fashion, but ive been playing around with stenciling latley, if anyone would like to know anything about it post here and ill type up a short tutorial.
