Looking to sell my custom xbox 360, or will trade it for a xbox 360 console [reg or elite]+ cash.If its an elite you will not need to add cash into the trade, I will.

I do have the hard drive and power cables and such, I would prefiere to keep this stuff, but if your interested in all of it just shoot me an offer.

Up for sale is a case modded Xbox 360. This 360 has taking me a long time to do and I am very happy with the end result. The thing is I'm starting to miss my stock 360 =]. So basically my loss your gain. I don't want a ridiculous amount of money, because it really doesn't compare to some other 360s that have been done.


I have painted the case,sides and faceplate a glossy black.
I have painted the air duct chrome.[More of a silver]
I have added blue led fans to the back of the console
I have done the gpu divider
I have also added leds with a switch located at the top of the grill in front of the hard drive. [ the whole is a little big for the switch but doesnt look bad]
Also added an xcm drive cover and painted it black and silver/chrome[ Also gave the dvd drive a nice bubble affect]
Also the fear fans have been modded to run at 7v.
A window has been added with plexi glass installed
A circle with a fan grill also has been installed, No fan lines up perfectly with the hole, because i set it up for an air intake hole not just have a fan mounted to it

The only problem is that one of the memory card doors is broken so i had to glue it in place. And also the usb door. I have the door itself in chrome which i will include but the problem is i can't find the spring and that silver piece to install it

And the paint is decent its not the best but i think it looks good.


Basically thats it, just make offers for the console and ill see if i want to sell. I'm just looking for something to buy a new console and maybe a little extra for parts and stuff

that site has taught me soo much about modding
 
I have a regular 360, never had any disk read errors or red lights, just has a jammed disk tray, which hell you did all this I imagine you can fix it ;)

How much extra cash are we talkin here?

And by jammed disk tray I mean that when you press the open eject button it doesn't do anything, it tries but it is like something is stopping it from opening. So to open it I have to do this little trick of pressing the open button then press on the disk tray and that somehow allows it to open. Then you just have to push it close and it will automatically go in.

Hmm idk, i was never one to repair things. LOL.

If it was for working console trade it wouldnt be much, just some money to cover the paint and parts


But sine yours is broken idk if i would be able to, lol. Since i dont have much experience in fixing things and i would literly die if i was without a 360 lol, sorry man.


Also for your problem, try taking the faceplate off, does it fix the problem?

nope still does it, and it's not really broken, I mean it still opens and closes, just not like it is supposed to so it is starting to annoy me.

Either way I see where your coming from.

Yea like i would jump on it and say yea, but like i want to go back to a stock console. Like theres something inside me that just wants to mod every xbox 360 i see but i try not to, This was going to be the one i left stock, but if i got yours i would have to take off the case anyway to try and fix the dvd drive, and then i go and spend money modding it just cuz its open lol
 
just wondering how much money did you spend on modding it? Parts wise that is. I have always been interested in doing it when I knew a guy that did it to his original xbox.

For lights,paint,plexi,screws, drive cover,and fans, and what ever else was,


It was like 95$ or so, thats estimating high..

yes it is a premium but it is just the console, i can include all the accessories or just the modified hard drive so it matches!

SERIOUSLY if anyone is interested in this, SPEAK NOW! I have an offer for just the case itself that i am considering if no one can buy the hole console or trade for it..


 
I imagine most people are turned away due to the massive amounts of 360's that fail and buying this would make it unrepairable via microsoft.

My offer is still out there if you don't mind a sticky disk drive.

I think that's precisely the case. I mean, it's very neat looking but with the knowledge that pretty much every 360 is close to death makes it pretty hard if not impossible to consider trading up to this one. At least if/when mine blows up MS will send me a new one. If I sent them a modded one they might appreciate the enthusiasm but wouldn't send a fixed one back.
 
Make an offer please, i will also take xbox 360 games and accessories to lower price, but its not a lot.

Also Depends, do you want the whole package or just trade me your console for my console + cash?

still got my plain white one with the sticky disk drive up for grabs. ;)

I don't have any cash to toss in, but I would toss in a game to sweeten the deal.
