There is a thread I made in the DVD forums, however the link to the entire scan of the ad is done due to exceeding bandwidth, so there are only the few DVD's I managed to copy down in that thread.

That I don't mind. I just don't like it when they try to change House by throwing up this huge obstacle in front of him. I prefer the more subtle changes because it a.) suits House's character more b.) more interesting to watch.

I heard at the beginning of Season 3 they made House less of an asshole... is this true? Unless it's a REALLY special show (like The Office) I just buy the DVD of everything I like... if House is less of an asshole the show instantly loses all of its appeal to me, since House's character is the only reason I watch.
 
So I'm starting to freak out a small bit about taking the GRE tomorrow. Sure, it's like high school level math, but I'm so ingrained in doing my math with a calculator and scrap paper that I'm not sure how I'm going to do on this stuff without any of that. The Verbal section seems pretty easy, but I'm wondering about the Quantitative section, which is odd since I've always been better at math than the verbal sections.

Trust me, House is very much still the asshole everyone knows and love. Last week he stuck a thermometer up a cop's ass and then left it there and left. He was a bit less asshole-y at first, but that's cause of the treatment he was getting to get rid of his limp and pain, which have come back.

Luckily, it didnt last long, and he went back on pain meds.

If people don't think that Fox News is a Republican Channel after tonight they're fools. And here's why. The big story is the question of it Democrats can take over the house. It's a no brainer. All the other news channels. Network, cable, etc, are running with that story. And when they come back from break, they focus on the tightly contested races, democrat and republican leaning.

When Fox News just came back from a break, they only listed the few races where republicans are leading as a main feature.

So that tells you what they care about.

I played the last song I needed to play to pass the set and it said that the crowd wanted an encore and you can do it or not. If you do, it takes you to the 5th song of the set that you couldn't choose before and you get to play it right there. It's very cool.

I don't know if that unlocks that song for you to play again within that set, but that's about where I stopped before heading to class. I'll check again once I get back to see what happened after that.
 
VA senate race still too close to call. (I'm in VA.)

Guess I'm heading to bed without knowing the winner. Actually it looks like it will be close enough to prompt an automatic recount so I guess it will be a while before it's official either way.

Almost reminds me of 2000. That was insane, but of course that was ratcheted up several notches by it being POTUS and several channels actually calling it prematurely. Probably never see something like that again in my life time.

i actually can't watch most all network news, i don't even really consider myself a democrat but good god the news is awful - the way they present information and the way it's contextualized is just really really horrible.

Thanks, I've used that "alias" since I was 13 on the internet. Like I said before, I used my real name first, then changed it when I saved the screen and posted it. I also hide my real name for other reasons.
I "borrowed" this screen name when I was 14, since posting here was safer than most forums.
