Why don't you try and force them to match Circuit's deal. I've had pretty good success getting price matches there.

I have had Best Buy match Circuit $20 off 2, free copy of X with copy of Y and a couple other deals.. Its worth trying.

One problem with matching the ad is that it shows the PS3 @ $599.99 w/free controller. I'm sure they'd love to increase the price to $550 and sell you the controller to go with it.

I've made them call the local Circuit City to verify the prices/deals.
Then again, it could be that I'm very persuasive and charming.. but I think it just depends on the person you ask. If you ask at customer service, when things are moderatly slow they will usually phone for you.

In the last year they have matched the $100 REBATE from Microcenter on a 360 and the $40 off $200 coupon...along with any and all straight price matches from ads...
I always ask for a manager on the more unique matches...

They tried to pull that on me. I told them the system dropped to $499 and they were still offering the free controller. Sure enough, they called CC and I was able to get them to price match it with no problems.
