OK, so my apologies if this is a reposted topic, I did search a few times.
I have all the game systems, so no "fanboy" of one vs another with me.
I absolutely LOVE mash-ups with puzzles, leveling up, and huge boss battles. The DMC/GoW genre games are awesome. I enjoyed Ninja Blade (overlooked) and a few others as well.
For those with experience with both games (not just ONE) what are your thoughts so far??
I am a few hours into Dante, and it is AWESOME. Absolute gold. The best part for me is it really brings to life the Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri. I like that it is more "Adult Oriented". It has more of a dark and brooding feeling to me, where as darksiders kind of "pops" with brightness.
I noticed a lot of similarities right off the bat, but Darksiders does not feel as refined.
So---- My question(s) : What are your impressions between the two?
And - What other games in the genre would you recommend that follow this style almost to a "T"? (I know we have Devil May Cry, God Of War 1/2/3, Ninja Blade, Dante's Inferno, Darksiders)
