I've decided to create a thread that contains the trading feedback I have on these forums. It's much quicker for prospective traders to click a link in my sig than to have to wade through the feedback sticky. This is going to be a straight copy/paste from the feedback sticky. I will not edit any of the feedback, even if the OP misspelled something. There are also links to the exact page where my feedback was posted in case you want to double check. Hopefully this will be helpful.

    About how Dap said that the deal took so long... The only time we had no contact was for 2 days, because I had a basketball tournament in which I was told only 6 hours before the tournament that I would be needed... So i didnt have time to come back and tell him I wouldnt be able to send right then...

We have a size limit on the sigs. I won't be able to post all of the feedback that has been left for me. That is why I created a thread that contains both the feedback text and links. Then in my sig (as I stated in my post) I have a link to this thread. Make sense?

EDIT - Plus, the purpose of this thread isn't for conversation. It's simply informational.
 
We should make an official thread for this then people can just link to the post instead of individual threads (that will clog up the trading forums)
 
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but threads don't seem to bump to the top when someone edits them - at least I haven't seen my trading thread bump when I simply edit my tradelist. It seems to take an active new post to move a thread up.

As long as people keep it contained to the first post and no one responds, I don't think this'll clog the system too much.

As for doing a simple search, I definitely have at least once piece of feedback that doesn't come up when you search for my SN, but does come up when you look for under the author. So the search system isn't wholly infallible.
 
sorry to take up space in your feedback thread, lol, but can't they just look at your trade total (the tally) and see that you're an experienced trader? if you have like 5 or more trades, they should know that you're trustworthy. :)

The regular feedback post has worked for everyone for a long time so I see no reason to change it. And you don't have to go through 80 pages, you can just search a person's username. I think it works fine and threads like this are a waste of space. And if you are posting other people's feedback under your username than who is to say you aren't making it up? The actually trader needs to leave it. And if you have a negative feedback, who is to prevent you from not putting in this post?

i understand. i also think it's a good idea as well. the only problem i see is that if everybody did it, so much space would be taken up and it's basically being repeated.

again, sorry for taking up more of your "official feedback" space daphatty, lol!
 
The point of this thread was not to make it a topic of conversation, just a quick reference. If you like the idea, great. If you want to steal my idea, go for it. If you don't like it, I really don't give a fuck. It wouldn't clutter up anything if you people would stop fucking posting your whiny assed comments. And is it really that bad? Worse than the THOUSANDS of CC posts? I don't think so.

I'd prefer to have someplace to put this in my profile but alas, there is no such option.

And to make sure this thread serves its intended purpose, LOCK'D
