+1 for an incredible amount of sarcasm...

This game is great as many have said. I can see the GoW comparison, but only in the fact that you fight demons and they shower blood and drop orbs, wait...that sounds like Devil May Cry...

This is much more like a Zelda clone and a damn good one at that. The secondary weapons almost all have counterparts that are in Zelda. Boomerang, Hookshot, jars, and a few others I can't recall now. Plus there is a horse (Epona anyone?), Bombs, heart containers/upgrades, magic gauge/upgrade, dungeons, semi-open world, etc etc etc.

It even has a part that is like Panzer Dragoon, sadly it's only one part. The art style was hard for me to describe till I realized it looks just like a comic book. I enjoyed the game so much I platinumed it in 4 days.

Makes sense, since it was creatively helmed by Joe Madureira, a comic writer/artist who used to work on X-Men back in the mid-90s.
Thats because it isn't a GoW clone at all...
Exactly! I hate it when people use that phrase "It is a God of War" clone. Then what kind of clone is God of War? Is a Shenmue clone? Because it has QTE's (Quick Time Events) The game is a mish-mash of alot of different games, but it is one of the best, and most enjoyable games I have so far this year, and I have played them all. Knock it off. It takes the best elements from so many games and does them just as good, if not better than the originators. Here is some of the games that you will notice similarities: Zelda (Very Heavy), Devil May Cry, Gears of War, Panzer Dragoon, and more. The develpors admitted that they were Zelda fans and were paying homage. Kinda like that new game coming out soon, "3-D Dot Game Heroes" for the PS3. The puzzles are the most challenging I have encountered in a while. The story is awesome, and the ending is the perfect set-up for the sequel. I pray that they do a sequel for this one.
