Okay here's is the promised BB suxorz /Rant
Starting several years ago I noticed that Best buy had replaced all their friendly seasoned staff with what appeared to be high school students:shock: Anytime I asked a question the employees invariably didn't know anything about anything (ie. no prices, no merch locations, etc.). Now I realize they had to cut costs but I would have gone with less costly merchandise instead of less knowledgeable and friendly staff considering it was a gadget store. First time they made me irked me was right after I had bought a DS with an extended warranty as a gift for a preteen. Of course the hinges started to go and when I took it back they said it was not covered even though it was only a few months into a two year warranty
I let that go and continued to happily shop there for my electronics. Next issue was when I convinced a friend to buy their home theater system from BB. They were out of stock of one item from the bundled deal so it wouldn't ring up correctly, after a few hours the manager noticed we were still there while the store was closing so he was nice enough to override it and give us a small discount for the missing item. various issues cropped up such as a decreasing selection of movies and games, no price matches, and of course rain checks from one BB store weren't good at another

The final straw happened recently when after I had to call about a back ordered item that I had been waiting three months for was in stock at a nearby store.
The CSR I talked to said she would be glad to transfer my order there and I should receive a new email to allow me to pick it up at the new location. The next day I checked my email and the only messages I received were to thank me for canceling my order and that my reward certificates had expired

Suffice it to say I won't be going to Best Buy anytime soon.
tl;dr
No, seriously, I'm laughing at you, but that sucks.
