My second one came in, and its this model. My first one is the model that has to be clipped to your ear lobe or something lol, but it works good.
 
I can barely hear on mine when I plug it into my 360 controller. I got the verizon one.

The voice seems to work just fine though, maybe I need to change a setting or something.
