Hell, I'll sell my 360 Harmony remote for $60 shipped if someone wants it. I bought it and set it up, but my wife didn't like it and we went back to our old Harmony.
My 360 remote totally died.....it's ok as I did not like the layout of the buttons much, the clicking annoyed me. Logitech said it would cost $70 to "FIX" my remote....I sold it on EBAY for parts.

Clicking? I don't have any clicking on my haromony 360.
Are you sure you didn' t have one of these?
I used to use one of these, and it clicked with the best of them.
