First season is outstanding but you can tell the second season is condensed (and to be fair, we are a bit lucky to even get a second season) but it does an okay job at wrapping up the show (should have been 3 seasons IMO)

The first season was good, I think they should have just let it be. Never have seen the second season.
 
I'd be all over this if I hadn't already picked them up from BB.com when they were 60% off. Great series, hell, it's worth it just for the nekkid chicks, the semi-history lesson, and the gladiator fight in season 1.

Rats, I missed this one--that was fast. I prolly would've held out anyway for an HD version. Nekkid chicks in HiDef ftw.
 
sheesh this isnt much of a deal i got them for $44ish at best buy on BF. And amazon has them on sale periodically for $50(per season)

And yeah the show is phenomenal, they went all out on building the scenes and hiring a gazillion realistic looking background extras, and the batlle of phillipi makes the second season a must pick up.
