So what is this 10% discount that everyone keeps talking about? Sorry don't know anything about it. Is it only for unlocked members? Just interested in picking up homefront really cheap and maybe R3.

I don't know if its worth keeping the metroid and sap coupon. Why was this coupon made when there are most likley no copys of either game in stores ? I haven't seen any used copys of either title in a long time either.

Aaaaand 10 minutes into Homefront campaign, the game freezes, requiring a PS3 restart. This does not bode well...

EDIT: 2nd freeze in an hour, wtf!

EDIT 2: And again. I'm dumping this ASAP as soon as I beat it, this is ridiculous.

EDIT 3: Helicopter mission, 4th freeze, weeeeee.

lol, just picked up Homefront PS3 for $1.31. Thought picking up good games for $5 was crazy. I don't know what to call this one at 90%+ off.
 
Just picked up homefront for $1.27 and resistance 3 for $11.50. Even if Darkness doesn't go on sale I am happy with the coupons this month.

Does the PS3 2.0 remote work with netflix and movies on a USB stick too? I haven't seen it for $15.00, think I might pick on up for that price, even though the controller seems to do a decent job.

Do the 'restore file system' option from the PS3's safe mode menu. Follow this guide to get you into the Safe Mode menu: http://playstationlifestyle.net/2009/10/14/keep-your-ps3-safe-with-this-guide/

It's basically like a defrag for the PS3 system. If you do a lot of adding/deleting stuff from your HDD then this will most definitely help.

the only failure about Brink was that it didn't properly train it's players how to play it. When you got a team that worked together the game was amazing and very strategic. The problem was to many "COD" type players ruined the experience by not actively investing in the game mechanics and ignoring the fact they were on a team.
 
Got my copy of PS3 Homefront for $1.27. Store clerk was laughing because his buddy bought it new for full price @ release and I got it for $1.27, which was less than I got for trading in FlingSmash for Wii last week.

:lol: That sounds like me and many others who played the competitive modes in GTA IV and the episodes, since I would wander off to find a car to use during TDM/DM and sometimes be gone for half the match looking for one.;)

I used to have so many people bitching about how I 'wasn't playing right'.:lol: In a game called Grand Theft AUTO, they were getting pissy at me for using a car to help get kills.:D
 
I had zero problems doing a return/rebuy with my coupons today. ~$1.50 Homefront PS3 and ~$12.50 Resistance 3.

Also snagged a cheap copy of Punchout Wii at GS with a return, and a $10 Skate 3 PS3 at Target clearance.

Picked Homefront for $1.27 and came complete (not sure about the code but I had one). Also got R3 for $12. Decided to get Metal Gear Solid HD for $22. I know I will most likely regret that since I might not get to it for awhile but it was a complete copy and $22 for 3 games essentially seems like plenty of value. Plus I paid for all of it with Credit so it did not sting as much.
 
I snagged a homefront for the ps3 for 1.30$. Now me and my father can kick some ass in coop. It took me 3:50 minutes to beat it by myself before so i wonder if we could beat my record lol
 
I didn't care much about Homefront when it released, but for $1.30 after tax, how can I resist? Costs less than a toasted bagel with cream cheese in NYC.

This is the exact reason why I most likely won't buy a next gen system for a year or two after release. The quality of games these days are in some ways working against the Big 3 game system producers. Why would I spend $400 on a new system when I still have 80 games to play between my PS3 and 360 already (not counting upcoming titles). Yes better graphics and processing power will be nice but unless the sink some money into AI the next gen I am fine with this generation's games right now.
 
I waited a few years for this generation of gaming (got a 360 in November 2008)...I'll probably do the same for next generation.

Homefront for $1.26 with tax works for me.

It's a mediocre fps that lasts like six hours but interesting enough that you'll play through the entire campaign. For $1.xx, you can't go wrong. It's impossible.

Actually it was stated over at the BB forums by Kyle that it was a typo. It was supposed to be an "OR" not "AND". So it would then be $20 each, which is still not a good deal.
