On Tuesday, September 18 ONLY, :360::ps3: Borderlands 2 will receive another $10 gift card in addition to the $10 gift card previously mentioned in the ad when you purchase it in store.

This is the best deal if you're not Unlocked at Best Buy or if you'd rather have store credit at Toys R Us instead of Best Buy. I don't believe this will have the Premier Access Club included.

Best buy price matched for me by giving me $20 gift card. And the pre order code showed up on my reciept! Everything seemed to have gone smoothly. Paying basically $20 at launch plus all pre order goodies is awesome!
 
BB would only pm the $10 GC in the ad. Supposedly they had me down for a PC preorder too, so I guess I will have to call to get my $20 cert.

I didn't get mine either. I remember in past releases they had to add it on. They would do the exchange and then go into suggested selling and add the preorder dlc. People have said they have had their sent by email so I'm not worried. If I have to, I'll go up there and have them do it again to add the dlc.

I think you have to go back. They have to hit f11 or something to add the dlc.
 
Got mine with a $20 gift card at TRU. Will use it to buy MS points in the future for the season pass.

My store didn't even have them out of the back room at 1pm. If it weren't for Christmas this store would be out of business.

They had to do 2 post void to finally get the DLC to show up, they forgot to add it in both times. Im wondering if ill even get my 20.00 reward credit now. Oh and they wouldnt give me the pricematch. So I have 60 days with my Silver reward status to wait for a price drop. I also bought it at TRU just in case.

Do I have to start watching my CS people again? This is getting stupid. They should be getting instructions from corp for each game whether they need to add stuff manually or not. Next survey email I get, I'm really going to give them some first world rage over this.
 
I got mine yesterday morning with the printed promo ad and it worked. Plus I used my $10 GC I got when I purchased Madden or whatever it was and it came out to be 53 and some change. I will save the $20.00 GC and use it for the annual B2G1 free TRU do every October. Got a few games I need to catchup on.
