"Complete" is misleading, series isn't cancelled. Good price though, I bet it sells out quick.

Actually, that is a really nice trick. That's definitely being crafty. I am surprised this deal didn't sell out. Deal seemed dynamite to me, but maybe that's just me.
 
Ah, my bad, Friend of Sonic. See I was sort of looking at this quote as a conversation:
GUY 1: just talk to my friend and she brought the Freakin Party pack for $60 back in June amazon. The only improvement this version has is the blue harvest but missing the extra ping pong paddle and poker chip
GUY 2: And it is missing Volume 6.

So I thought you were talking about this one - and I got confused about their being two OTHER sets (I didn't know about the second party pack).

I had just read about three negative reviews people have given this new set - which, although I think it's really weak that Family Guy continually releases this big sets of seasons, this set (with a brand new volume) is a great great value at $59.99.
Someone on Amazon said he bought it was dissappointed in what it came with - including just "the barebones" version of Blue Harvest.
I asked him if he meant that he wanted them to include a digital copy (?) and he said he meant that in comparison to the special edition that came with art prints, a shirt, and a collectible figurine.

Again though, my bad on this. Just misunderstood the sentence.
 
Received my set the day after ordering it. It's pretty cool. The only thing that bugs me is there are no inserts in the DVD cases. You know, the one's that show the episode listings. So if you want to watch a specific episode, there's no way to find out which season/disc it was on.
 
I got my set today, it looks really nice, just a shame i dont have any shelf space for it. I dont have a ruler by me, but i'd guess the head has to be about 10 inches tall and 15 inches wide.

Oh, that's no problem, but that's hillarious about the guy bitching about Blue Harvest. I think the set is fine for 59.99! I just wouldn't shell out much more for an incomplete collection.
 
For those that want Family Guy but had a few sets already, Target currently has Vol 1-3 for $12.98 and Circuit City will have Vol. 1-5 for $15 for BF.. This is good for me since I have Blue Harvest and a couple volumes already

checked my tracking #, and get this logic;

I live 30 mins north of the IL / WI border. Package shipped from Forest Park IL as always.....destination.....Atlanta GA......WTF!?!?!?!?! Send it how many states away just to travel the same route back.

Could really care less just found it interesting
