weird...the coupon worked when I tried to test it out with the bond box set, so I assumed it worked for everything else too. Guess not.Couldn't apply it to 24: The Complete Series
Slow? Unresponsive is more like it.The site's pretty slow right now, so be patient.
Things aren't looking great for new releases (Wolverine Unleashed for around $15 would have been awesome), but there are a lot of catalog titles that are good deals, many of which are cheaper than they were in early Nov, when the last sale was (and held up well through BT and BF). These include Patton, The Hustler, Annie Hall, Midnight Cowboy, All About Eve, a lot of Double Features, such as Juno/Whip It, 28 Days/Weeks Later, Transporter 1 and 2, and Moulin Rouge/Romeo and Juliet (DiCaprio version), are just a few of the many titles they have for $6.50.Are there any other great deals to be had that I'm missing? I'm not seeing anything spectacular...
Hmm, didn't even think about that when I saw those. They are in a small quantity on eBay and those are at respectable prices but do they actually sell?Guys on dvdtalk pointed out they have some Comic Con slip covered blus going for good prices with the code. I guess these fetch a premium price on the secondary markets. Only one I don't see available is The Silence of the Lambs. More info on these is here, along with links to the products: http://www.thehdroom.com/news/Fox-Comic-Con-Exclusive-Blu-rays-Available-to-Purchase-Online/12768
Completed listings show them going mostly in the 18-25 dollar range, occasionally some higher.Hmm, didn't even think about that when I saw those. They are in a small quantity on eBay and those are at respectable prices but do they actually sell?
This. Used it to get the Carrie one. Already have Silence of the Lambs in this edition, so glad I got that earlier. Last time I tried to use this site though, I ended up having to cancel my order because they never told me the items were backordered. I really hope ordering just one movie means this will be painless this time.Guys on dvdtalk pointed out they have some Comic Con slip covered blus going for good prices with the code. Ordered 1/30, out for delivery today. Are people's orders still in the processing stage? I ordered on 1/31 and it's still processing.
It will say "in processing" until it ships. If you're patient, you will eventually receive everything you ordered, though it could take a while - a few items I ordered in Nov. took 6-8 weeks. Also watch the release dates, even if the movie is already had a BR release; it could be another edition, or pressing. The Annie Hall I ordered back in Nov. had a release date towards the end of Jan. (I noticed it at the time, but it was cheaper), and it just shipped recently. You still get the discount on pre-orders.Are people's orders still in the processing stage? Thanks for the info! We'll see what happens. If this doesn't work out, I give up in Foxconnect. It will say "in processing" until it ships. This time around I got everything I ordered within a week after I placed the order, and both shipments arrived complete.Fix connect seems to always take awhile. Or everyone is impatient. Probably a bit of both.
