Damn dude, $35 for Rayman??? I paid less than half that on Amazon for a new copy. I'd be interested to see how many Rayman's get sold at $35.

Not bad, actually. I'm suprised that the highest thing on the list was Halo 2. Ok, Here's what happened. I explained the guy my situation about my card and he says he can't read the numbers. I tell him that I talked to someone about my GI subscription and what that has to do with the card, he seems confused and he can't help me there. Now, here's the part that's suspicious. He uses his card to get me the 40 percent. He gives me two choices, cash or credit. I take credit becuase if not I would've lost all bonuses and got only 45 bucks. He says he can give me a new card, and he does. But then I ask him why it has no sticker. He says it's becuase I don't have a subscription and that it's just for store credit.

Did I got ripped here? It's starting to sound really suspicious. I'm thinking they can't do anything with the card if it doesn't have a back sticker. I'm also thinking that you can't get store credit unless you have a subscription. I know one thing, next time I go in there I'm brining my damned reciept. Bitches.

On a huge technicality, this person can be fired for sharing his Edge card. This is the reason why I was fired -- I let an EMPLOYEE use my card. The DM fired me and made me pay $50 for "lost profits". So it's basically my mission to screw over GS with these "deals".
 
That is suspicious, as they always told me that the STICKER is what identifies you as you; unless he gave you a giftcard and not an edge card. I'ld go back to the/or a gamestop and have them tell you what your balance is on that card - also may be wise to take your receipt with you. Based on what you've said, I'm going to scan my card in case my numbers get worn/unreadable.
 
autche: It is not suspicious. Not if you understand their computer system. Alright so he scanned his own Edge card for the 10% right? But then when he went to give the guy credit, he swiped another card, which means the credit is on that card. The sticker is not linked to the physical card itself. Keep in mind I was a 3rd key, so I know their computer systems from this past holiday season.

I'm sorry to hear that, and sad that this happened to you. I've written about my jinxed Edge card before -- got it in March and it has refused to scan or enter pretty much constantly -- and a lot of times, employees would simply scan their own card if they couldn't get mine to work. I'd hate to think of them getting in trouble for that.

The value/ price dropped right after Virtual Console released Zelda 1, I believe 2 and Ocarana of Time....

They are.....but don't trade them in, you will get bad prices. Supposedly Ikaruga is going to be a xbox live arcade game. You should probably sell it soon to get the most profit from it.

at one store i saw at least 4 complete like new with all inserts zelda master quest copies.

It was complete, soundtrack and all. Never played it. Lynnwood, Wa store. I did a big game purge of all the games I'll never have time to play. A lot less time to play games now that I'm 22.
