[Dead] Metal Arms 4.99 @ Best Buy is back.

No the bestbuy site says check back later. That is what pisses me off. I spoke to the "customer service" rep and said, "Check and see if it was delivered." She said, "I can't do that. Just sign the affadavit that you didn't receive the product."

I could understand if they had "proof" that it was sent, but they don't have anything, they are just treating their (admitted demon) customer like crap.

Trust me, I tried bitching and that got me nowhere. I am tempted to just dispute the charges and let them fight with my credit card company. I will swear an affadavit for them as how would they know whether or not I received a product. :evil:
 
Just wanted to say I ordered mine around the 15th and got mine a few days ago while I was on vacation, I was surprised, from what I was hearing in this thread I didnt think it would come.
