Anyone with a PC should have one of these. Most new games already support it and if not you can always remap stuff with something like xpadder (5.3 last free version), JoyToKey, etc.

I almost did this the last time it was on sale at Newegg, but Amazon's price hovers around the same point as Newegg's after-tax price, so I haven't bothered. Plus, I'm still using my Hori wired pad and it's cable is plenty long so far.

I managed to get a wired MS Xbox 360 controller and I use that happily for playing things like Arkham Asylum and Assassin's creed, where a mouse and keyboard won't do. Controllers are also idea for driving games, flying games, arcarde games, etc. If you play anythings but strategy or FPS on the PC, you probably should get a controller!

I love the wireless receiver on the PC! You can hook up to 4 game controllers with 1 receiver. and the weird thing is most PC games, when you go to edit game controller settings will actually show a picture of the 360 controller and map controls to it.
