Is it just me or is Jamie Pressley substantially less hot than she was back in the Poison Ivy days?

Well, once chicks hit 21 their hotness level decreases over time until they die so yes.

Consequently, they get crazier and bitchier as time goes on too.

There is a probably a scientific correlation, but I don't have my lab coat with me, therefore invalidating any hypothesis I could think up at the moment.

Oh, and this movie looks like not one, but two trainwrecks. That caught on fire afterward. Four times.

I suggest you use the money you'd need to see this in theatres for a better cause. Like tacos for the Dr. Who marathon, as they provide adequate sustenance.
