If he says contest, and free games someone is going to end up getting free games. I've bought 2 games off him. Both worked out fine. I don't see a big deal over a missing soundtrack,but that is just me. I think maybe he should have gave him some of the money back perhaps. I don't know.

Youre right it is CAG and not gametz, but the point is you are a rip off. It isnt just the sondtrk he ripped off from one person, he also did a bad deal with someone else that decided to shine it on and also he ripped off a user for an Xbox 360 he never sent and i have proof.
He felt he could rip off on another site, he is still a ripper regardless if its GTZ or CAG.
also, read his feedback, not just the BTR. You will see several users upset with him over rip offs he did.

Hi, a user that you have traded with, pkmn-source, has been giving me a lot of trouble. He "sold" me an xbox 360 for $220, then tells me he can't ship it. I offer to pay him shipping and even make him a shipping label, and he still doesn't ship, stating that the post office didnt take the label.
So a few weeks later he has the nerve to tell me that he sold the 360 that he was going to sell me, and that he would give me $250 in return. This all started in September, around the same time you traded with him. He told me that he would send me the checks in november and I still have not received anything. After multiple attempts to unsuccessfully contact him, i'm just sick and tired of the BS.
Being a college student, $250 is a lot of money. My dad is up to his knee in debts and I honestly can't find a way to explain to him how $250 just suddenly disappeared out of my account. I'm now deciding to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, because enough is enough. I would really appreciate it if you would be a witness for me.

Hi, when i traded with him he did the same. he made up all kinds of lies and was really rude etc. i had finally caught him in some lies and was about to post a BTR on him and a paypal claim. see, i think he led you for a while so that your chance to file a paypal claim would pass. you only get 45 days. i think he has scammed you. he has done that to several users, they pay for something and he gives them a run around and sells it (supposedly) to someone else, and then basically doesnt give you your money back or makes it very hard ot get it. I suggest that you use extreme measures against him. file a BTR here, postal mail fraud, and also i know a website he runs where he gets games/systems free from sony and MS and then turns around and sells them. they dont allow resale of the stuff they give him.
when i threatened to get ahold of sony and MS he got scared, but he tried to act like he wasnt threatened. but soon after i threatened hhim, he paid me. I would suggest getting him back good. threaten to report him to every trading site, threaten (and really report) him to several crime institutes and call his local police department. Also threaten (and really report him) to sony and MS about him reselling their games. here is the site he runs http://www.gamersplatform.com
Make a threatening message to him with all these things you will do and tell him if you dont get paid within a week you will go ahead and take action. It seems he has changed his site around so you cant contact him or see any contact info. and i think he disabled sign ups and log ins. My guess is he is covering his tracks so he dont get busted by anyone. on 29-Feb-

Yeah, he's really screwed me over big time. He always says he'll give me the money soon, but then prolongs the process for a long time. I actually bought something off ebay from him a while back, and the 45 day rule doesn't apply to purchases made there. get some money from him, but he still owes me the above amount.
What I plan on doing is filing a report against him to the Internet crime complaint center: www.ic3.gov . I want to really have incriminating evidence against him so I need some people who have had unpleasant experiences to be my witnesses. I just need your permission to give your name, mailing and email address and telephone number to the Internet crime complaint center. If I find a couple of people who can vouch for me, i'm hoping that the complaint center may be able to refund my money via paypal or at least take legal action against him. I'll keep all of the things you mentioned earlier in mind, and i'll be sure to report it. Waiting for almost six months on a substantial amount of money has not only burned a hole in my wallet, it's really caused a boatload of headaches.
I really appreciate your time man...I hope I can get some good results out of this.

Hi, You have my permission to use my name, address etc., just tell me what you need. When you filed a paypal dispute, only reason you got some of the money and not all was because thats all he had in his Acct. Paypal will only recover what they have available in their balance, so if hes only got $20, then thats all you will get, but if he were to receive more money in that Acct, they will take it. He probably pulled his money out and he probably opened a new paypal Acct because that Acct is flagged. Bfore paypal used to pull money from the persons bank Acct on file if they didnt have a balance, they changed it though. The way you can get evidence of him reselling games, is on here. His pending and completed trades are proof. Also you can use me and others as proof he is doing it. Most people that trade with him know that he is selling games he receives from Sony and Microsoft. He actually Sold Jeanne D'Arc for PSP a week before it was to be officially released.
So just get back to me with anything and ill give my info if you need it. Bye

hey man, the games arrived a long time ago at my mom house but i moved. so she forwarded it here but the bitch at the PO is all wiggy and stuff. ive lost 4 packages that ive sent out and ive lost several packages i was receiving from this PO. she now tells me that if she sent it back it would have been sent to your PO. so could you call your PO jsut to make sure and give them the tracking number. this lady gave me hassles because she was saying i wasnt allowed to receive mail becaus ei hadnet shown my ID and SS card and my bill etc. i never knew a PO that made you go through all this hassle. also send me the tracking number im gonan need it so i can investigate it myself over here too. thanks

well i have a bully story from back in the day like 4th grade. I was like the leader of this little group and this one kid had ticked me off. So I "ordered" my boys to hold his hand in a fire ant bed. And I poured honey or something sweet on his hand (can't remember been so long). I felt pretty bad afterward and later on and life I have become like the most passive person ever. Anyway hope you like and I hope I win peace.
