Always been $2 for me, could be due to my location though. They ship from a warehouse relatively close to me. I wouldn't be surprised if $2 was standard though.

That's cool. It gives me hope then.

They didn't respond to me yet but they said just wait 7 business days and the refund should be there. I wouldn't be happy if they didn't give me a refund of the tax on the $31 though since it means it's about an extra $4 that I would have to pay out (GST + PST) ...

Kicking myself in the butt since I could have got in on the action but was lazy and didn't want to go upstairs and get my credit card the night I saw this. I didn't think they would honor it so I didn't bother. I guess I'll know better for next time!
 
Got mine the other day. Glad I only paid 20 for it. They could have made the release so much better. Just from the packaging alone I wouldnt have dropped 50 bucks.

I almost did the same (too lazy to get my CC), but I decided to get it anyway and return it if need be. What was the worst that could happen? It gets cancelled, right? ;)

Now I think I used my CC so much that I think I just memorized my CC number.
