Hey guys if you buy thru samsung pay right now you get 30% off purchases at bestbuy cashback. It has worked on pre orders for me so far they say pending and video games it looks like it doesn't work on consoles. My question does it work on games digitally?

I feel the same, but who knows, maybe they would've held it back if you did too much.

Is there a way to file a claim like with ebates? I'm missing one order. I know it's eligible because I bought two and received cashback no problem for the first one. That second order was that item with another one and I got the cashback for the second item.

Some items were ineligible, so maybe that's the problem?

No it was a Radeon Vega 64. I got $20 cashback for the first one I bought. Then I bought the Vega 64 + PSVR a couple days later in another order but only received the cashback for the PSVR.
