dead space 2 and steam??

I have just purchased dead space 2 retail recently but i can't seem to add it to my steam account.
Any idea?

I was trying to add a different retail game (Company of Heroes) to Steam today and found out only certain games can be added. Look like DS2 isn't one unfortunately. List:

Yeah, don't buy a game retail without checking that list first, if you want it on your Steam account. I would have bought that $10 Borderlands GOTY if I could add it to Steam, but alas...

You can still add it as a non-steam game. You won't get the awesome downloading/updating features, but you should still be able to use the steam overlay, launch it from steam, and have it keep track of your playtime.
