Dead Space 2 (PS3 LE) for Dead Space 2 (360)

I have a mint copy of Dead Space 2 for ps3. It comes with the online code and Dead Space Extraction (on disc). I'd like to trade it for a copy on 360...must be mint and preferably has the online pass code.
