A few reasons. It was made to be played with the Move, but to be nice they let a normal controller work. Plus they had an agreement with Sony for Dead Space 2 and Medal of Honor for exclusive content.

Either way I'm loving Dead Space Extraction (almost done platinuming it) and the little bit I played of DS2 is amazing.
 
I'm tired of amazon outsourced non-English customer service. The email response I got back was almost like they didn't even read my message or speak a word of English.

Consider yourself lucky if you get the customer service to give you the credit with just an email.

Use either chat or phone -- some people have success with e-mail, but nothing beats real time conversation for getting credit.
 
Went ahead and bit on this last night. I need something to rebound off of playing the piece of crap known as Fable 3, I should never have even bothered with that crap.
 
I preordered the PS3 Limited Edition, I just spent 10 minutes on the live chat showing my displeasure with not receiving this offer. They then credited my account $10, so go on and ask for the credit if you preordered.
 
I ordered the CE a while ago from amazon and I called and was rejected, emailed and was ignored. Just chatted with Khelemba from amazon and was issues $20 instead of $10. YAY!
