Dead Space PS3/360- $31.49, PC-$36.99 FSSS

Yep. Picked mine up at Target for $29.99 a couple weeks ago ... returned the one I had bought at Target in February during the B2G1F sale (at the time, $39.99 after adjustments).
 
It's a little bit cheaper for the consoles after you factor in tax, so this is a great deal for those who have yet to purchase Dead Space.

Yes Dead Space is the best single player S/H game I've played in a while, especially on the hardest difficulty, it makes it so much fun.
 
Just finished Dead Space (it's been sitting in my to-play pile since Christmas). Fantastic game. I agree that it's the best single player shooter/horror game I've played in a long time. I would put it on the same level as Bioshock.
