These are coupon codes I got and I really didn't think it would be fair just dumping them on everyone plus it wouldn't be fair to them because well... I really wouldn't feel right for some reason.

So here is the first one. Remember they can only be used for Toys R Us website. PS2 Speed Kings $20 Off - 909445

These codes are good to at least March some even April of next year.

"The List"
Make sure you buy the game from Toy's R Us and not another vendor!
If the codes aren't working, it means that Toy's R Us is sold out and you are out of luck for now. Check back often as titles do come back in stock.

All games are for the PS2

Wow. Did April Fools Day come early? Or am I missing something, and you can really blow up thousands of Nazis and Zombies in that Barbie game? :)

Hey Hohndog...like you, I already have Rez! Got it thru Ebay...

And to BBB...great joke!!!! You really had me....

Ok, how much is the Barbie game??

before the -$20 coupon I mean

I know i'm setting my self up here, but I want to get it for my god daughter..........really.

*Awaits todays code*

I really hope its a good one, I've been checking this stie like every 15-20 minutes since I got back from the gym at 8. Nothing yet...

[quote name='Stunna-88']*Awaits todays code*

I've been checking this stie like every 15-20 minutes since I got back ...[/quote]

No doubt, I hate being stuck at work because I know that deals will come up and be dead by the time I get home...like today's $10 Wario World deal...grrr!!!

I missed the 10 buck Wario World deal as well. I want that game, but being a true CAG I can not justify the 50 bucks most stores want for it. :)

Stupid question alert:

When you price match, do you show the ad with the lower price to the cashier before he/she rings it up? Or to the manager? Exactly how does this work?

Does bringing in a price found online always work?

It works in most reputable stores. They will match the website printout (as long as it shows that it is New and In Stock). I just show it to a cashier...who then calls over a manager.

[quote name='GSJaia']Thanks! Going to make Best Buy match it and GGC it to 15 bucks. Nice :)[/quote]

Best Buy price matches w/ a 110% policy, meaning the price would be $18 after price match, making it in-elgible for the GGC (only valid on games/game accessories 19.99 and up).

Don't they only do the 110% when it was something you already bought from them but found a better advertised price?

I have had them match before, and I do not recall getting anything but the price they were matching. :)

Are you sure about that? I thought they only give you the 110% if you already bought the item and then saw it cheaper elsewhere. I've pricematch numerous times there and I always get the exact value.

Let me make sure I got this price match stuff straight...

Right now, BB has Beyond Good & Evil for $30. I can print it from their website (it's in stock), and bring it to CC. They'll match it, plus take off an extra 10%. I get it for $27. Right?

No, they will match it. They only give the 10% when you already bought something and found it cheaper elsewhere.

So if CC is just going to match it, why wouldnt I just buy the game at Best Buy in the first place??

I guess what I'm really asking is...what exactly is the point of Price Matching?

Please excuse my ignorance about all this, but the only way I'll learn (and save $$) is by asking..

Price matching is good when one place might be sold out of something...so you take it to CC or someplace and get it if they DO have it in stock. Or if it's like a web deal...you can take in the print-out even after it's sold out. I did that with Pikmin and got it for 7 bucks. There is an advantage to it in most cases.

Especially since the real good deals sell out quickly. When they do you can bring the printed advertisement to just about any legitimate store and get the price match. :)

i bought Beyond Good and Evil and price matched it at Circuit City. i just grabbed Best Buy's ad, the game at circuit city and went to pay for it and said that I found it cheaper, they matched the price plus took off 10% of the difference.

so yes you can get it for 28.99 if i remember right.

Ohhhhhh! Ok, got it. Really got it this time...

Bowsernieb, GSJaia and asianxcore, thanks so much for your input...

i suddenly get the feeling that learning how to price match is the worst possible thing to happen to my budget!!!

From CircuitCity.com:

In-Store Price Match Plus Guarantee (for purchases made in one of our stores)

Nothing's worse than paying too much. That's why we do everything in our power to make sure you don't pay a penny more than you should for anything you buy at Circuit City. If you've seen a lower advertised price from another local store with the same item in stock, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. Even after your Circuit City purchase, if you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 30 days, we'll refund 110% of the difference.

Our policy applies only to advertised prices. It does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, free-with-purchase offers, and special financing.

We're getting really off-topic here though.

Back to the original topic. Since a deal wasn't posted today, do you think two will be posted tommorrow?

[quote name='Ugamer_X']Not sure if this has already been posted but, Lethal Skies 2 and Dynasty Warriors 4 are back in stock.[/quote]

Good looking out Ugamer. Thanks!

Hey GSJaia...

Actually, the reason I posted CC's price match policy was because I had posted a scenario about bringing a Best Buy ad (for Beyond Good & Evil) to Circuit City for them to price match...

and I just might try it today...

If you are near a Best Buy you can get teh game cheaper for the 20 bucks match and then using Gamer Gift Card. :)

[quote name='GSJaia']Especially since the real good deals sell out quickly. When they do you can bring the printed advertisement to just about any legitimate store and get the price match. :)[/quote]

At my CC, they ALWAYS verify the website of your printed advertisment. If the website says "Sold Out" or if the price is now higher, you're SOL. So only use the pricematch if the item is still in stock at the cheap price.

I usually go to the Best Buy to price match so I can use the Gamer's Gift Card. They NEVER verify if it is in stock or not.

[quote name='killer_xx'][quote name='bowsernieb']How much does that bring I-Ninja down to?[/quote]
wait this sunday I-ninja will be 19.99[/quote]

Wasn't really interested, just curious...I'm gonna take my 10 bucks and get Beyond Good and Evil...I have way too many games to play right now as it is.

Thanks for the continuing deals, though BBB!

here's another TRU/AMZ coupon code:

XBX/PS2 Whiplash original price $40

At checkout, enter promotional code:
910189 (save $5) PS2/XBX
910496 (save $20) on PS2
910569 (save $20) on XBX (not currently active but verified as correct)

The coupons are stackable.
i.e. PS2 Whiplash : $40 - $20 - $5 = $15 + $5 shipping = $20
Now this title is SUPPOSED to qualify for FREE shipping:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/feature/-/516232/

...but TRU/AMZ is not crediting the F.S. correctly. I called TRU.com inc. and they are trying to fix it. so if you can't wait, the game is yours now for $20+-, but if you wait for them to fix the freeship, then $15+-

Unfortunately the Eidos rebate ($5) expired yesterday.

Happy New Year!
