They're still doing the confirmation email bit. Before, I got two very delayed emails, one was an error when I sent it back. Another never came, but this morning, the email was nearly instant.
 
I don't have much faith in this contest. I've gotten delayed emails, a undelivered email and mostly just no email from them at all. They really need to stop this reply-email-registration part. Their servers just don't seem capable to handle the load.

I guess we really do need to confirm it to enter. It's just too bad we rarely get those emails! But like UltimoRey said, I'm still ganna try!
 
They messed up this contest BAD!! The confirm entry emails aren't annoying, its the fact that they're delayed every so often that makes me angry. Also, when they themselves make the rule "You must respond withing 3 days of posting your name" and they don't post the names on the correct date, that's just over the line. This is possibly the worst organized sweepstakes I have ever seen. But since it is for a wii, I can forgive them a little.
 
I've only gotten one confirmation e-mail after entering about 10 times.

Edit : I tried today and I got the e-mail instantly :D
