Side note: Isn't there a section on CAG for Amazon Gold Box offers? In my haste, I could not find it.

Anyway, it's a small discount on Amazon's already great price ($24.95 U.S.) but times are tough so any discount is a good discount. Not too familiar with all of the gold box specials so I would guess this will only be available for 10/27/08.

(...Now if I can only find something else to order with it to get free shipping....)

I believe this is in your gold box only. Amazon gives minor discounts based on the stuff you've browsed in the past, or something of that nature. i.e. my goldbox today has a bunch of books in it and 1 blu-ray :(.

good to know. oddly, nothing else even comes close to anything that i've browsed in the last 3 months.
