DealHelper - Help Me Rid My Computer of this EVIL

I've googled how to get of this bitch, but I just can't seem to figure it out. I don't want to mess with HijackThis unless I have guidance from somebody who knows what they're doing. Has anybody else had success in removing this piece of shit from their computer?
