Debate #3: McCain vs Obama - The Reckoning
Once again, McCain apparently knows how to get Osama bin Laden. WHY IS HE HOLDING OUT ON US?! Our national security is at stake, you stupid old fuck!
You're in Japan, your opinion doesn't count. ;)
hey

one of you two will win...

isn't ron paul still in the race?

:D
I would do anything to see Ron Paul walk in during mid-statement and say "I'm sorry, but y'all are full of shit and keep talking in the same circles we've heard for decades from both parties. Get the fuck off the stages, both of you, yer embarrassing and wasting American tv time."

We're not going to have a cold war with Russia, because I have not only lived forever, but I also exist simultaneously in the future.

McCain, you aren't my fucking friend!

So it's OK to talk about bombing Iran because it's only a joke?

And Newsflash! McCain, we are in another cold war. Russia already threaten to nuke Poland if we set up Patriot missiles there.

It's a stupid question anyway, if Iran actually attacked Israel there wouldn't be much problem getting help to attack Iran - be it UN, NATO, whatever.

I also have no idea what I'm talking about, but that's what I think...(I don't even know if NATO would have jurisdiction or something...)
Well, it's not like he can start a wave.
He did the same thing greeting Palin's daughter and that kid that knocked her up; Arms out Frankenstein's monster stiff, several methodical pumps up and down, arms back to sides. Hydraulic in nature, it seemed. Cracks me up.

New Hampshire is a highly contested state?

EDIT: What I mean is he can't put his arms above shoulder level much. Like maybe an inch or two.

There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know.
"We don't know where they are on the map. And by we, I mean you, you dumb fuck Americans."
"I can see the Eskimos in Russia from my bathroom." - Palin

McCain didn't fly off the handle and headbutt Obama, so town hall fail.

Never watch the post-debate bullshit. Waste of time.
This debate was ass. fuck this town hall shit.
This. I'm an anti-McCain whore and even I can't really say Obama won. I blame the shit format of the debate as well as Obama kind of being meh on some of the questions.

"McCain has some disdain for Senator Obama." No shit.

In all seriousness I'm gonna say it was a tie. There wasn't anything really devastating questions for either of them. I liked what Obama had to say and I was kind of disturbed at McCain's evil chuckle.
Someone answer this for me, I'm not an expert.
Is Michelle Obama pretty? :whistle2:s
I'd say so. She doesn't look like a harpy with a bun wig, so there's a start.

She's far more attractive than Cindy. That being said, I get more of a chub from Brokaw.

She looks very.. manly.
I guess he is pretty..but she is rough.

Cindy McCain is a PISS. She is the ONLY reason I'd be OK with McCain winning.

only worthwile part of the night: Mccain getting in the way of Brokaws prompter and him effectively telling him to get out of the way.

Agreed. The post-debate commentary is a big waste of time.

I don't like her face, but her body looks pretty good. :D

But then everything would get dead silent because Ron Paul would still have his Grand Dragon robes on.

haha that was aesome

I thought the first debate was a toss up. Obama clearly won this one IMO. His "home run", so to speak, was on the question about laying out the Obama doctrine and McCain doctrine on how they'd use the military to intervene in situations like the Congo, Rwanda, etc. that aren't a clear threat to the US. He knocked that out of the park, and the +/- trendlines among undecided Ohio voters that CNNHD displayed during the debate showed the undecideds ate it up as well.

Indeed, all night those undecides were very high on Obama's responses, and often neutral on McCain's, or at best less positive.

With current polling, this debate only helps Obama. McCain needed a clear win, and he clearly didn't achieve that.
"that one?"
Not to promote racism and utter disrespect, but that statement was clearly fucked up. I also like the fact when the black dude asked him the question about the economic "bailout", McCain said to him, you probably never heard of Fannie Mae before? FAIL. I wasn't voting for him in the first place, now I'm just starting to lose respect for the man.

I voted for Obama even though he didn't win by very much. I would have said it was a tie but McCain kept saying stupid phrases like "My friends...." and "President ___ is my hero." This is coming from as neutral of a standpoint as I can give. Clearly Obama won on the issues I care about, but I was trying to be a little objective while thinking about who "won."

I voted didn't watch because I only saw about 20 minutes of it so there's no way I can call it. I just couldn't stand the format of the debate. It didn't seem like they were debating each other so much as it was taking turns making statements that have little to do with what the other person said.
