YMMV but here is my experience with Dell OOS items. I ordered an OOS PS3 slim from dell last year and when the wait got too long (2 weeks) I called to cancel my order and they offered me an additional $40 off to keep it. So even if the wait for an OOS item gets to long dell might sweeten the deal even more to make it worth your while.

Not too sure but I think Dell bing cash back is up to 20% as well

Amazon and Gamestop have been doing a $30 gc for a long time now, which is effectively a price cut. Dell does $20 off. Didn't Best Buy and Target cut the price for a while, too?

If I didn't know better, I'd think these retailers are aware of a pricecut that's incoming. And E3's next week...

Can you put Dell in the Headline?

edit
Thanks for adding Dell
Some retailers I/others avoid or look at first...

Done. Thanks for the heads up, I was accidentally using the Newegg icon to boot.
