I'm looking to get a XPS Laptop from the dell outlet and was wondering if there were any coupons I could use. Alternatively if someone has a % off coupon etc. pm me as I would be interested as well.
That's what I did to get my great Dell XPS m1530 for a little over $1000 (had a 250GB hard drive, 8600GT 256mb DDR3, 3GB of memory, Intel C2D T7500, etc). Dell posts their new discounts on there at the same time that they update the Outlet web site. You just missed out on a 15% off XPS and Inspiron laptop coupon, but they always post them 1-2 a week, so just wait a few days and another one will pop up.

Wow, that's a pretty solid deal. That's actually pretty similar to the one I've been looking at and for a good price. What's the screen size you get?
Still, I'm about a couple months away from getting a laptop.

It's a 15.4" LG WXRG+ (1440x900) screen, which isn't effected by the so-called grainy effect that has plagued some of the other screens.
Just stick with it! When you do get the laptop, don't get for the first one you see. I saw a laptop I considered buying that was a little over $950, but then I waited and waited, and I paid a little over $1000 for an extra gig of RAM and a 9-cell battery instead of a 6-cell. It's a great feeling when your old laptop barely scratched an hour of battery (or less), and the m1530 can get over 4 hours with basic non-Internet or WiFi use.
