If you have an EU PSN account you can go pre order Destiny from the PSN store (Don't worry, the EU store won't charge you a penny til the release date) and then you can start the download for the beta. It only downloads a 180MB file at first, that's the PlayGo part, then it downloads the rest of the 14gb after that. You can cancel your pre order as soon as the download starts. This way you have the beta pre loaded and don't need to do stupid twitter contests or anything to get a code.

Sadly no. But now I have the beta pre loaded. This just means I don't have to wait on the 17th for Bungie to email me a code (Which could take all day if they do that stupid wave thing that happened for the alpha) and I won't have to wait for the download when everyone else is downloading it. And I can use my pre order code for Xbox and play it on both since I have friends on both.
