From what I've been able to find out, he will appear after you have fought every other dragon at least once. I think it will be random after you have fought them all. As in it may be the daily dragon or it may be Bahamut.
 
"Please check your network" Ok, let me check my network... Yup, ping .50 17.65 download 4.89 upload. Yup sony.. My network is the issue. Also, what cards allow you to upgrade any other card? I have heard of them but I have never seen one in hundreds of summons. Very few destiny summons. Like 5 maybe.
 
Wow, I haven't played in like a week and they bring this insanely awesome raid. Too bad the servers keep booting me every five seconds. Has this been particularly bad lately?

The Jokers (Joker of Fire, Joker of Water, etc.) will let you break the level of a spirit of the same element that is at max level. You normally get them from the Events and cannot get them from normal or advanced summon.

But if you mean leveling, then you can use any spirit to level any other spirit up to its cap. It just isn't as effective if they don't have the same element.

Thats good news, assuming they fix the server problems lol. It would be nice if they extended it a week, then theres plenty of time to get 50 kills on each one. Though I probably still won't on the light/dark ones.

Wow,I am realizing this is the only game Im playing on vita atm. Picked it up twice today. Server maint both times, right back in the drawer lol
 
Well servers are finally back up. It's taking quite a while to do anything though, which I guess is to be expected since they just came back up.

if they put that 5x drop on delta summons, i'd buy the 500 orb pack. this dragon event is making me regret putting the game down for so long, and for not using any orbs to expand my spirit limit.

I hacked destiny?

Yea I'm back hopped on today and killed 12 raid bosses. My vita started working again like normal somehow and hopefully it continues to be that way. While I was gone I had 4 Rs destiny summoned with me. 3 of which were Ixchel.

First five rolls back I got Genie and Phoenix. :D

Time to find people with Meretsegers again.
