I go to the brick & mortar location every few months or so, which is awesome. Their stuff is in impeccable condition. I've ordered a handful of things online, and have not had a problem with them with the exception of one occasion where I ordered some anime DVDs many, many years ago where they sent me the right volumes, but wrong season.

Nothing, but everyone here wants free shipping.

To answer other questions, the price is for new and they seem reliable. Have been around forever, and customer service is pretty prompt. I've traded in $400 worth of stuff to them and had them refuse only one item.

I've used these guys several years ago before Amazon became my go-to. They were fine for some trades and new games. Shipping's about $4. Tempting but I'm gonna hold out for $20 flat on Amazon just in case it gets messed up in the mail. Amazon's so easy to deal with if that happens.

Which version of DMC HD is the best one? I would lean to PS3 since each game would have its own trophy set unless it's just a super bad port.

eStarland is legit, but their prices are a little steep for me. They are pretty much the only place within reachable distance of me that will have obscure Jaguar, 3D0 and NeoGeo hardware/software though.

Neither suffer any problems at all. It all comes down to controller preference/achievements vs. trophies.
